at the time of the Wesak, the Buddah sounds a great mantram and becomes the "absorbing Agent" of the Will of God, using the magnetic power of Love and Wisdom to attract this force to Himself and hold it steady prior to redirecting it. the Christ then, on behalf of the Hierarchy, becomes the "receiving Agent" of this potent energy. the Hierarchy of Masters, of whom the Christ is head, become "directing Agents" for the sevenfold expression of this force. at the Festival of Humanity, the Hierarchy under the guidance of the Christ, lets loose this will-to-good upon humanity
