friday night is frequently a bread baking night - the process of getting the bread ready spans about 30 hours, from starter prep to baking, and in between rise-times you simply do a bunch of other tasks... spent the afternoon working in the grow dome gardens and on the water garden, and as it got into evening the spontaneous unanimous decision was to take a couple of the risen bread loaves and convert them to pizzas instead, since they were all ready to go and the timing was perfect... this was the first try making it exclusively on the baking stone, with no pans... felt like an authentic pizza parlor... heres the basic recipe for homemade vegan sourdough pizza
