- 1/4 cup organic molasses, barley malt, or brown rice syrup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup organic olive oil
- 1/4 cup organic soybean, or other vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup organic whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 cups organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup organic raisins
- 1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds
- 1/8 cup dried montmorency tart cherries, chopped (optional)

combine liquid ingredients and blend with a whisk, add coconut, flour, and cinnamon, blend some more, add all other ingredients except the oats and raisins and stir til thoroughly mixed... add oats, and with a large spoon stir until they are all well coated... spread onto two large baking trays and bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes, stirring and turning over the mix mid-way, and then adding the raisins and stirring once more about 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven... cool completely and store in airtight containers or bags... enjoy with soy or rice milk, fresh fruit, or as is!
