p i c t u r e d : homemade hand rolled vegan pasta

spent part of the day making a couple weeks worth of pasta - mixing, kneading, cooling, cutting, rolling, drying it on a wooden rack, weighing it, and packing it... using elbow grease, laughter, and wooden tools to do the job - ending with an extremely delicious plate of fresh pasta and some saturday night flix... not having to throw away a plastic package, or even recycle a cardboard box is very rewarding - even if its small, mother earth surely appreciates it... working on some new variations - but in the meantime heres the recipe for homemade vegan pasta
