great sustain ~ what it takes, to keep it going, flowing, knowing what rhythm, tempo, timing life elements require to continue to give us, experiences that enoble our spirit and lighten our body to be who we truly are... anything can deliver the goods - engage in any task, accomplish something, give it your all, and what you put in comes back... just gotta have an eye an eye to see it, a good ear to hear it, a sharp mind to sense and appreciate value, where and however it reveals itself

in the round ~ tunes are hummed, sung, strummed, and sounded, in harmony with our intervals of activity - work play rest reflection... building in time, over a duration, ideas and ideals - connected to and thru a timeless stream, that resonates everything into being... still somehow, we are people, sustaining our selves - some bread, some water, some plants - modest attires, modest interiors, exteriors... still stoke the fire nightly, plant seeds, wash, scrub, clean, clear, trim, prune, dig, rake, restore, repair, reuse, renew, heal, harvest, share, envision, engineer, educate, work, improve, accept, who what when where why we are, as it changes from moment to moment, life to life... still seems, the same - apart from these reflective devices, which allow such smooth sailing, across oceans, across cultures, across space and time... not so hard anymore, to get a witness, when marveling at how magical, it is, how major it is, that it has all come so far... being ultimately responsible to health, accomplishment, achievement, progress, evolution, transcendence, is critical to their continuity - in our minds, in our local area network, in our wide area network, in general... tune in to whatever wisdom started this great work - listen well, then play your part, and trust that it knows what direction to take the music
