3.15 getting much better now - did a batch of all white, two with cinnamon raisin, two with sesame seed, and two plain
3.15 used larger bowls for raising these big loaves - seems to work best if bowls are very well oiled (with organic olive oil for all of these) and not floured at all, then when you flip them onto the baking stone you don't loose any dough - this was discovered after quite a few trials and errors
3.15 these were larger loaves, but they were still gone in record time
