6.10 this week tried a half batch with pastry flour and unbleached white, making a few VERY delicious sweet and cakey loaves

6.18 half white / half whole wheat - flavors and textures continue to get better and better with every batch

6.24 this batch got eaten really fast, with the help of some very hungry new parents and new great grandmom ;)
