a key ingredient to healthy consciousness is true appreciation and gratitude ...in the process of growing from less than 1 billion passengers in 1800, to 7 billion passengers in 2012, the challenge of tending to the continual daily maintenance of all people aboard spaceship earth has been provided for by people and their inseparable relationship with nature - via hands, minds, hearts, tools, machines, and intuitive, innovative motivation... in the process of establishing healthy, thriving, sustainable, and universally interconnected local realites, it is important not to forget that on a global level, there are many good people doing their best to provide what they can - to see that needs are met and quality of life is improved on the whole... this is a large process, involving a great deal of concentrated effort, divine / natural guidance, and uncompromised integrity... it is better to hold a tone of true appreciation for everything you are provided with - to the earth that provided it, to the people who helped produce and distribute it, and to a cosmic consciousness / universe that is capable of synchronizing at such a level, despite the various chemical and psychological imbalances of its evolving inhabitants

food and water is not to be wasted, yet no one need submit or subscribe to having a guilty conscience for enjoying the basic staples of life, or for working toward securing the simplest necessities for themselves and for others... modesty is the best channel to be in, but tune out rigid sacrificial frequencies based in lack... food and water are not luxuries, they are the birth rite of all living creatures - to be modestly and wisely enjoyed... luxuries are generally licensed by and for vanity, which is an ageless adolescent indulgence that justifies its own gratification above all else - a condition and belief system that is more identifiable than ever before... everything and everyone is growing at its own rate - the majority of everything and everyone is doing the best they are capable of... there needs to be more focus on the total accomplishments and achievements of earths people - a great many simple, humble people put entire lifetimes into this whole earth project... tune in to that abundance, wisdom, and resource - in depth... tune out the suggestions that one should feel guilty for not lending their life energy to predominantly negative thoughts, patterns, and media - for not circulating bad news, for not participating in destructive eco/psycho logical rituals, for not following trends without aim, for not cursing life

despite high surface noise levels, the drop out audience hears a very beautiful tune resonating, radiating, and reverberating from the center of the earth, the heart of the sun, the nucleus of xistence...

this ship runs on: sovereignty, integrity, respect, reverence.... its direction is to be: responsible, empowered, empowering, open minded, free thinking, holistic, focused, fine tuned, as self sufficient as possible, as co-operative as possible.... with a crew that is: compassionate, good natured, free spirited, down to earth, humble, centered, service oriented, resourceful, driven by vision, constantly reinventing, all embracing of the spontaneous, and contributing unconditionally to a greater plan, which seeks to see the best in all brought into being and being itself


the Well: the town may be changed,
but the well cannot be changed
it neither decreases nor increases
they come and go and draw from the well
if one gets down almost to the water
and the rope does not go all the way,
or the jug breaks, it brings misfortune

set firm in the Way: none shall uproot you; cherish it well and none shall estrange you; your children's children faithful shall serve your forebears at the altar of your house

cultivate the Way yourself, and your Virtue will be genuine - cultivate it in the home, and its Virtue will overflow - cultivate it in the village, and the village will endure - cultivate it in the realm, and the realm will flourish - cultivate it in the world, and Virtue will be universal

accordingly, one will be judged by the Man of the Way; homes will be viewed through the Home of the Way; and the Village shall measure the village; and the Realm, for all realms, shall be standard; and the World, to this world, shall be heaven - how do I know the world is like this? by this
