9.30 the final haul from the outdoor growing areas - the last peppers, eggplants, and a ton of herbs - which all got transplanted to the shelter system dome and are doing beautifully... yet another big bunch of perpetual spinach chard from the growing dome



9.30 absolutely gorgeous swiss chard from the outdoor bed, with stalks that ended up being the sweetest we ever tasted... 'yellow tofu' (scrambled tofu with olive oil, tumeric, and bragg's liquid aminos) with a little homegrown red hot cherry pepper



9.30 scrambled tofu sandwich on homemade sourdough bread, with homegrown swiss chard, organic grated carrot, organic lettuce, and vegannaise...
followed by, a slice of local grown apple pie!
