super simple very modest very tasty breakfast or desert - cook your rice (brown or white) - while hot or when cool, mix 1 cup of rice with 2/3 cup of soy milk, 8 drops of stevia extract or 1 tsp. maple syrup, 2 tsp. raisins, and a dash of cinnamon (optional)... mix well and let sit in the fridge for a cold rice pudding type of effect, or heat in a small pot for a hot cereal effect... an excellent way to utilize leftover rice that is delicious anytime, hot or cold, that stores very well...
